TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment:
Payment is required within 2 days via Direct Bank Deposit; Money Order; or, Cashiers Cheque. Your User Id is required as a reference on all payments, however, if this is not possible, please use the last six digits of the item number plus the postcode of the delivery address, then advise us via email of the reference number used.
Special offers are only valid if payment is paid via one of our preferred payment methods; and/or if payment is made within the requested timeframe. If you are buying an item due to a special offer, this offer must be brought to the sellers attention at checkout, because we often list several items and not all similar listings advertised at the same time have the same promotion attached to that listing.

Postage:
1. Please provide current postal address and telephone number on all correspondence, as items are addressed according to eBay default details. Our system is not programmed to cross-check address details with the PayPal system.

2. We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier to send parcels depending upon your postcode and article size.

NB 1: Items that are despatched via Australia Post are sent every Tuesday, unless otherwise arranged.

NB 2: Items that are despatched via Courier are sent on Fridays, after payment has been verified and cleared to our bank account. Despatch of goods, when paid via PayPal, usually takes longer as most of our suppliers do not accept PayPal, therefore, PayPal payments can take 5-7 working days to clear to our bank account.
Should you require a speedy delivery, please pay via Direct Deposit via a CBA Branch or CBA NetBank as payment will be verified much faster, particularly with goods with a value of more than $100. To encourage buyers to pay via Direct Deposit, which is our preferred method of payment, we are currently running a promotion which includes FREE Insurance. Details of this promotion are included in the link in the left navigation bar, headed FREE Insurance Offer.

Insurance:
Our promotion includes FREE Insurance when paying via Direct Deposit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque. If you choose to pay via any other method, you must include insurance amount as per listing. Please see FREE Insurance

Warranty:
Most of our goods come with a warranty, therefore, warranty is as per vendors terms and conditions as stated with the vendors warranty. Should you have any issues with your item and the vendors contact information is provided on the Warranty card, please call our vendor. If item does not come with a vendors warranty, Outlet24Seven offer a 7 day warranty. Please see below for further Warranty information. *

Exchange / Refund:
If item is faulty or dead-on-arrival, an exchange will be given if item has not been used or abused, (please see Warranty Terms and Conditions). Exchange will not be given due to wrong choice of color or size, etc. Refunds will only be given if an exchange can not be provided.

Other:
We will endeavour to list any faults (if any) within the listing. All items are sold “as is”. Please ask any questions before placing a bid or buying item.

Overseas Buyers:
Buyers are responsible for their own countries taxes and charges.
